Short and honest: we collect one thing (your email), we use it for one thing (occasional updates about Velvet Vibrance nights and releases), and you can leave whenever you want by replying unsubscribe. The full details below.

What we collect

When you enter your email on the join form, we store:

• Your email address.
• The date and time you subscribed.
• The source of the signup (e.g. "join-form" on the main site).

That's it. No name, no location, no cookies, no browsing history, no third-party trackers.

Why we collect it

To send you occasional updates about upcoming Velvet Vibrance nights, mix releases, and Stanzza appearances. Everything under the Velvet Vibrance banner. We don't send more than a handful of emails per month.

Where it's stored

Your email lives in a private Google Sheet owned by Glenn Gallacher (the person running Velvet Vibrance). It is not shared with any third party, sold, or used for advertising. It is not synced to Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or any external marketing platform.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it. If you unsubscribe, your row is deleted from the Sheet within a few days.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no cookies, no analytics, and no third-party trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (which may log the request IP address per Google's policies). Everything else stays on your device.

How to unsubscribe or contact us

Reply unsubscribe to any email you receive from us, or contact velvetvibrance@gmail.com. We respond within a few days.

Changes to this notice

If we ever change how we handle your data we'll update this page and notify subscribers by email before the change takes effect. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version.
